These oils will have a calming effect on your mind and body. The smell of these oils will induce sleep. In fact, you can add a few drops of this aroma oil on your pillow cover to relax you further.
2. Switch off the lights at least half an hour before hitting the bed. It is good to work in dim lights for some time before you go off to sleep. So, while you make your bed, keep the lights dim. This will relax you and prepare your body for sleep.
3. Do not keep sharp objects, plants and any violent pictures or art pieces in your bedroom. Such items can spoil the energy of your bedroom and may interfere with your sleep.
