Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase then you may cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods you ordered.
We will refund you with the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable.
You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us or collection arrangements made, promptly at your cost. If we collect the item from you, you will be charged the cost of collection at a minimum of £50 which will be notified to you at the time of cancellation. All items returned to us must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattresses or beds that have been removed from the original packaging. These items will be deemed to have been used.
Once we have received any returned items and checked them we will refund your money, less any collection costs.

Returns Procedure
If you decide to cancel then you must inform Tranquility Beds in writing - by letter, fax or email - of your decision to cancel.
You must provide your order reference number, bed name and size and the date you ordered.
You may arrange to deliver the goods back to our business address or alternatively we can arrange collection at a minimum cost of £50 which we will deduct from the final refund.
Please note this returns policy does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special order items which may be subject to a restocking fee. We work in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations of the UK.
